    Orders usually ship within 24 hrs. of order being placed, and usually arrive within 2-6 days after they are shipped.
    We accept returns of unused merchandise within 7 days of delivery and will credit you for the entire purchase amount. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition." An item can be returned if it does not fit or if you want something different. Again, buyer satisfaction is our top priority. In the event of a return, buyer is responsible for return shipping, except in special cases.

  • We accept unused merchandise for return within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before the return deadline to be sure that we have the product that you would like instead in stock.  In the event of an exchange, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must not show signs of wear or damage in any way.  Items that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received cannot be returned or exchanged.
    Upon receiving the returned product(s) and after inspection and approval of the return, you will be issued a refund.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and should be credited to your account within 2-5 days.  If purchase was made with a debit card/credit card, please allow up to 30 days for the refund transaction to show up on your account statement.

    • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package.
    • If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Service immediately via e-mail at with the subject title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and include your name and date of purchase on the order. In the event of any error on our part, it will be corrected.
    • Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
    • Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return any item back to our store.
Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
    • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
